The Air Jordan 5 Retro Dunk on Mars W is a special edition of the Jordan 5 Retro paying homage to Mars Blackmon, the iconic Spike Lee character who appeared in the now iconic Air Jordan ad campaigns during the late 1980s and early 1990s. The shoe features a suede upper covered in red with contrasting black accents around the eyelets and outsole. It also has an Air unit as well as a fiery shark-tooth detailing in orange and red in the midsole. On branding elements, the Jumpman logo can be seen on the tongue and heel, while number 23 is embroidered on the lateral heel.
