All of our pre-owned shoes are subject to our in-house premium dry-cleaning service. This service has never been available to the public, until now. We are opening our doors for you to gain access to our best-in-class Sneaker Care Technicians to revive and refresh your shoes.

Shoes must come in a shoebox, if not, you’ll be charged $5 for an Origins shoe box. You have 7 days to collect your shoes before incurring a daily storage fee. Items not collected within 30 days become property of Origins NYC.

Standard: 3 days
Speedy: 2 days (+$5)
Next day: 1 day ($10)
Same day: $15
Please specify if you’d like a faster turnaround time. If not stated when dropping off, all shoes will be cleaned within 3 days.
